Cara Memasang Rom MIUI 9 :
Unlock Bootloader.
Install TWRP 3.2.1 Recovery or 3.1.1
Reboot to Recovery.
Backup your system, data, & boot partitions.
Wipe Data/Factory Reset (Important).
Install the MIUI 9 VIVO Y51l-Y21L STABLE UPDATE ROM BUG FIXED B2.zip
Now install the STABLE 2 PATCH.zip( to fix the region bug)
Do now wipe data again!
Reboot.
Done !
Enjoy the new ROM!
